This is to show that turning the flash on or off can dramatically change the outcome of a photo. Both photos were taken around sunrise on November 4, 2005. Other than cropping and resizing, the photos are absolutely unedited.
*Update* Both photos were taken with a simple Kodak C330. The photo on the left was taken using the standard built-in flash that comes with the camera. For the one on the right, I simply turned the flash off.
