Well it's been just over one year since I said I was going to go on a diet. It wasn't so much a diet as it was being more conscious of what I was eating. I failed to lose 60 lbs like I'd hoped. Instead, I lost 30, but I still feel great. I'm a little disappointed that I didn't get to 60, but it's been a long while since I've been at this weight, so I'm pleased. I'm hoping to keep this up and maybe lose more this year.
